Dear Prospective Vendor:

Back by popular demand! UNITY Festival, a celebration of family and diversity, is scheduled for Friday September 5th, 2003 (from 4-11 p.m.) and Saturday September 6th, 2003 (from 12 noon to 10 p.m.) at Lakeshore Park in Geneva, New York. After a ten-year hiatus, UNITY Festival re-organized last year and experienced a very successful festival. This year it is expected to be even bigger, better and more exciting. Last year’s highlights were The Bolton Brothers- a traditional/contemporary Gospel group, Primetime Funk, the Dinner Dogs, and a puppeteer, just to name a few. This year the entertainment is expected to be even more exciting and Admission is FREE!

We invite your participation as a vendor.
This a great opportunity for you to:

sell your arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry or other products
operate a game, inflatable ride, or activity to fund raise for your organization
sell your delicious and most unique food items
promote the individual, family or health related services of your organization

A copy of UNITY Festival Policies and Procedures is enclosed. Please take a moment to carefully review them. A signed copy of these Policies and Procedures must be returned with your application. Note that all food vendors must secure a permit to operate a Temporary Food Service Establishment from the Ontario County NYS Department of Health. Please call 315-789-3030 for guidelines and procedures. To expedite this process, a form is enclosed, but should be returned to Geneva District Office of the Department of Health with the appropriate fee.

If you or your organization would like to participate in UNITY Festival, complete the enclosed application and return it with the appropriate registration fee and a signed copy of the UNITY Festival Policies and Procedures by Monday, June 2, 2003 to:
